(NYSE: SKT) has announced a partnership between its center in Atlantic City, the ThisIsAC community movement and more than 25 local businesses and organizations for a city-wide cleanup effort on Friday, April 22. Participants will be picking up litter and debris within and around their vicinities from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

According to Keep America Beautiful, a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to help end littering, increase recycling and beautify American communities, litter cleanup costs more than $11.5 billion each year. Litter impacts quality of life, economic development, and the environment, with most litter eventually ending up in waterways and oceans.

- Tanger Outlets The Walk, 1931 Atlantic Avenue
