Vision Films Set to Release Family Film 'Operation Friendship' Starring James Arnold Taylor and Libby Smallbone

LOS ANGELES, July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Vision Films Inc. ("Vision") announces the North American Transactional VOD release of the family film, Operation Friendship on August 12, 2025. The full-length feature is from director, producer Douglas B. Maddox of DBM Films, and associate producer Anne E. Maddox. Operation Friendship focuses on themes of acceptance, friendship, understanding, and supporting the importance of our veterans as well as elder generations. The inspirational faith-light film's cast is led by renown voice talent James Arnold Taylor and Libby Smallbone with a multigenerational cast of supporting talent and locals. This summer-fun, family-friendly movie about a group of kids dealing with and overcoming overwhelming odds was shot on location in and around Towson, Maryland.

Synopsis: A young boy and his friends are bullied by a kid who takes the toy army of anyone that challenges him, amassing a virtually undefeatable force. With the help of his grandfather who served in World War II, his loyal friends, and his love of history, he'll take the battle to the bully and learn the importance of teamwork, family, and friendship to claim victory.
