FHLBank Topeka
FHLBank Topeka provides needed liquidity and funding to our diverse financial institution members throughout Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. Because we're owned by our member banks, thrifts, insurance companies, credit unions and community development financial institutions, we're able to provide the products and services that give them a competitive advantage in their markets. Each year, FHLBank allocates 10% of its prior year’s earnings to support affordable housing. Last year, we committed to voluntarily provide another 5% in funding by 2025. FHLBank's housing and community development programs are central to its mission to make a difference by helping members build their communities. The success of the cooperative means more funding is allocated to support members in these community-building initiatives.
