Collaboration creates a new marketing powerhouse for the children's toy, entertainment and consumer products sectors

Founded in 1992 and lead by industry veterans Shelly Hirsch, Tom Horner, Lillian Lebron and Paul Caldera, Beacon Media is the largest buyer of kids' TV media in North America.
As a part of the transaction, Harold Chizick will become CEO of Beacon Media while also maintaining his CEO role at ChizComm Ltd. Shelly Hirsch and Tom Horner will both remain at Beacon Media as Co-chairmen of the business, overseeing business-as-usual at the New Jersey headquarters along with the current staff.
The acquisition offers new opportunities to take an even more comprehensive approach to 360-degree strategic marketing for clients and partners of both organizations. With fully integrated services across paid digital and television media, social media marketing, public relations and creative services, the ChizComm and Beacon Media teams will collaboratively be able to drive and optimize all touchpoints of marketing campaigns and ensure the right mix for brands and clients.
