Sunroad Enterprises recruits Michael Dow as President of Multifamily Division

SAN DIEGO, July 27, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Sunroad Enterprises is pleased to announce Michael Dow will join the firm as President of Sunroad's Multifamily Division.  Mr. Dow brings over 30 years of experience in all facets of multifamily housing, including acquisition, development, property management, and value-added improvements.  Mr. Dow joins the firm as Sunroad Enterprises aggressively expands its portfolio of multifamily properties.  As part of the Centrum Master Plan, Sunroad recently broke ground on Phase 4 of Ariva Apartments, which will ultimately bring 800 apartments to central San Diego when all phases are completed, and set the regional standard for luxury amenities in apartment living.

A seasoned industry leader, Michael Dow's career highlights include overseeing multifamily asset management, value-added construction management, investor relations, client relations, and new construction.  Most recently, Mr. Dow served as the Senior Managing Director of Asset Management at Arenda Capital Management, while also serving as an advisor for the Loma Linda University Endowment Fund's multifamily investment platform.  Dow also served as Western Division President for Riverstone Residential Group in Dallas, TX, where he was responsible for the overall management and supervision of 80,000 multifamily units.  Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Sacramento-based FPI Management Inc. for approximately 10 years, and as the President of San Mateo-based Interland Corporation for approximately 10 years.  Mr. Dow brings to Sunroad Enterprises his extensive experience in expanding multifamily portfolios by tens of thousands of units, and overseeing the management of multifamily properties worth more than $1 billion.
