9 Basil Fund 2 changes name to Arc 9 Growth Fund following changes to key management team

SINGAPORE, March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Following 9Basil Group's announcement of changes to key management team, the group is announcing its second private equity fund (the "Fund") formerly known as 9 Basil Fund 2 will be re-named the Arc 9 Growth Fund and will be run by Arc 9 Capital (the "Firm").

Beginning 2025, Schwin Chiaravanont stepped down from the Fund's management team and is no longer a shareholder of the Fund. Chiaravanont will continue to co-manage 9 Basil Fund 1 alongside Managing Partner Kris Panijpan. Notable portfolio companies from 9 Basil Fund 1 include Ngern Tid Lor, Alpha Capital Partners Group, and Sourcefit.

Panijpan will lead Arc 9 Capital and the Fund with increased partnership, alongside noted businessman, philanthropist, and patron of the Arts, Purat Osathanugrah.
