Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital Project of Neutech Group Commenced Construction
HONG KONG, May 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On 13 May 2025, the Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital project, which is located in Neuedu Healthcare Technology Park at the North Section, Shuma Road, Dalian Hi-Tech Zone, commenced construction. As a key component of Neutech Group's five-in-one ecosystem of "education-healthcare-wellness and mind tour", the hospital will become an affiliated hospital of Dalian Neusoft University of Information in the future, which will further improve the healthcare and wellness service system, promote the in-depth integration of healthcare and education, and promote the synergistic development of wellness and mind tour, accelerating the advancement of the "education-healthcare-wellness and mind tour" ecosystem of the Group in a new stage.
On behalf of the construction entity, Chairman SONG Aiguo delivered a speech, saying that Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital is a key healthcare project under Neutech Group's "education-healthcare-wellness and mind tour" strategic layout, which is not only a key project to enhance people's well-being, but also an important practice to facilitate the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy.

Dalian Ruikang Rehabilitation Hospital is located in the core area of Neuedu Healthcare Technology Park at the North Section, Shuma Road, Dalian Hi-Tech Zone, forming a premium medical and wellness complex cluster alongside Ruikang Cardiovascular Hospital, Ruikang Zhuomei Stomatological Hospital and Ruikang Nursing Home. Featuring a horizontal architectural layout, the hospital pioneers integrated "diagnosis-examination-treatment" outpatient units and a three-tier rehabilitation ward system (ward-rehabilitation area-comprehensive centre), utilizing smart healthcare technologies to optimize resource allocation, minimize patient movement, and streamline medical workflows. With a total planned construction area of 8,800㎡, the facility will comprise 51 wards and 100 beds, covering a wide range of fields such as TCM rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, psychological decompression, cardiac rehabilitation, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, physical factor therapy, dysphagia therapy, speech and cognitive therapy, PT, OT, and psychiatric rehabilitation. As a key component of Neutech Group's ecosystem, the project will establish a multidisciplinary rehabilitation treatment centre to deliver personalized and efficient rehabilitation services for every patient. This project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
