Edvance and CWG Bring RealRelay.ai to Singapore, an Agentic AI Platform with Trust Built In

Hong Kong-listed Edvance (HKEX: 1410) signs a three-year agreement with Singapore's CWG Innovations, pairing more than 20 years of cybersecurity expertise with a platform that lets organisations build AI agents they can trust

SINGAPORE, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Singapore is moving quickly on AI. Schools, universities and businesses are starting to use AI agents, software that can plan and act on its own, to teach, analyse and handle everyday work. With that comes a harder question. Can these agents be trusted?

In January 2026, the Infocomm Media Development Authority launched a Model AI Governance Framework for Agentic AI, which flags the risk of agents taking unauthorised or erroneous actions once they have access to sensitive data and systems. The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore has also issued guidance on securing agentic AI. For any organisation putting agents to work, security and governance need to be there from the start.

RealRelay.ai has been designed with this in mind. Edvance International Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1410) ("Edvance"), a Hong Kong-listed cybersecurity group, has signed a three-year strategic cooperation agreement with Singapore-based CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd. ("CWG") to bring RealRelay.ai, a unified agentic AI platform the two companies are developing together, to market. The agreement was entered into through Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd., Edvance's wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore.

A trust layer at the core

At the heart of RealRelay.ai is a trust layer. A built-in security agent tests each AI agent on the platform and tests it again every time it changes, so organisations can deploy agents with confidence. This is where the two companies meet. The trust layer draws on Edvance's more than 20 years in cybersecurity, and CWG brings its experience in building and deploying AI across ASEAN.

Around that trust layer, RealRelay.ai gives enterprises and institutions one place to create, govern and deploy AI agents without writing code. More than 300 mainstream AI models sit behind a single interface, each task is matched to an appropriate model, and the platform is designed to run in the cloud, on-premises or fully offline.

What the agreement means for Edvance

Edvance will be responsible for commercialising the platform, drawing on its cybersecurity distribution business and enterprise customer base, with the aim of generating subscription revenue. CWG will operate and manage the platform from Singapore. All intellectual property developed for the platform's cybersecurity AI agents will belong exclusively to Edvance.

The agreement marks Edvance's entry into agentic AI and follows through on the strategy it set out earlier this year, to build its own solutions where AI and cybersecurity meet. It is designed to add recurring, subscription-based revenue alongside Edvance's established business, with the potential to strengthen earnings visibility over time.

Education first, with early results

Education is the first vertical, with planned features including personalised learning and no-code agent building for students and educators. Cybersecurity follows, with tools for security operations centre triage and automated adversary simulation, and fintech has been identified as the next vertical after that.

The platform has already met its first users. At APEX Bootcamp: RealRelay Edition, organised by the Digital Defence Alliance Singapore and co-hosted by CWG on 12 and 13 September 2026, students and young working adults with no technical or AI background built working AI agents in two days. The programme was oversubscribed, and every team delivered a working minimum viable product. Participants said having many models in one place let them focus on the problem, and that security checks ran while they were building.

Edvance's foray into safe, trusted agentic AI comes at an opportune time for Singapore. The government is investing more than S$1 billion in its National AI Research and Development Plan for 2025 to 2030, and from the 2027 academic year all students entering Singapore's institutes of higher learning will take compulsory modules covering baseline AI competencies. Edvance and CWG will begin in Singapore and plan to expand across ASEAN.
