Finloop Collaborates with Anchorpoint and QFPay HK on Hong Kong Payment Applications for the Regulated HKD Stablecoin HKDAP

HONG KONG, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited ("Finloop"), an AI-driven global one-stop wealth technology platform, announced that its subsidiary Finloop Finance Limited ("Finloop Finance") has entered into a tripartite collaboration with Anchorpoint Financial Limited ("Anchorpoint"), a Hong Kong-licensed stablecoin issuer, and QFPay Haojin Fintech Limited ("QFPay HK"), a leading digital payment service provider in Hong Kong. As part of the collaboration, Finloop Finance and QFPay HK have completed a payment transaction using HKDAP, Hong Kong's regulated HKD-backed stablecoin, demonstrating its application within local payment and settlement processes.

Anchorpoint is among the first licensed stablecoin issuers by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority under the Stablecoins Ordinance. As an authorised distributor of HKDAP via Beta Access, Finloop Finance can provide HKDAP subscription, redemption, exchange, trading and settlement services. Working together, Finloop Finance and QFPay HK have developed a digital asset payment solution that allows merchants to accept HKDAP and other compliant digital assets, while maintaining their existing HKD settlement workflow.

The collaboration provides a foundation for further exploration of HKDAP within local payment activities. Going forward, the parties will continue to strengthen operational processes within a robust compliance framework and assess additional applications for regulated digital money across payment and settlement workflows.
