Hamco to Launch Pan-Asia Private Equity Fund Natively On-Chain powered by Chainlink and Synthesys

The new tokenized fund will offer investors fractionalized exposure to the region's hardest-to-reach private markets; AI, semiconductors and unicorn pre-IPO equities, with liquidity engineered from tokenized funds, stablecoins, cash equivalents and liquid assets.

NEW YORK, SINGAPORE and HONG KONG, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hamco, in collaboration with Synthesys and Chainlink, today announced the Hamco Tokenized Pan-Asia Private Equity Fund, giving eligible investors access to hard-to-reach private and pre-IPO opportunities across Asia, on top of liquidity benefits from tokenized money markets and stablecoins.

The semi-liquid, evergreen private equity fund is established as a native fund structure in the Cayman Islands and issued through Mint, which brings together Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP), Digital Transfer Agent (DTA) technical standard, and NAVLink into a single framework, with distribution through Synthesys Network's regulated distributor channels from day one.

While investor demand for private equity has continued to accelerate, delivering some of the strongest long-term returns of any asset class, it has also remained one of the least accessible. PE funds have also been conventionally illiquid, and have never had a reliable mechanism to fund redemptions, until tokenized liquidity and credit options came to market, which enabled allocators and fund managers a new alternative to manage liquidity.

The Hamco Pan-Asia PE Fund is structured around these challenges. Managing allocations into hard-to-reach private, illiquid investments across Pan-Asia Pre-IPO positions, cornerstone/PIPE allocations, private credit and direct unicorn investments, while its liquid portfolio deploys into select listed companies, tokenized money market and credit funds and stablecoins. Tapping into tokenized instruments that can be subscribed and redeemed on-chain with near-instant settlement functioning as a true liquidity engine, enabling the fund to meet liquidity requirements that traditional PE structures cannot.

The Growth Has Gone Private

Asia's technology decade is being built in private markets. The companies defining artificial intelligence, semiconductors and robotics across the region are staying private for longer, and by the time they reach public exchanges, much of the value creation has already happened, captured by the closed circle of institutions and insiders able to invest early. Investors who can only buy at the IPO are increasingly buying the ending and not the growth story itself.

Access to that story shouldn't be limited to a select few. The fund is designed to open it, and unlike traditional private equity vehicles, it is built for how investors actually allocate. Its tokenized shares are fractionalized, lowering the barrier to entry that has kept private equity behind large minimums; with better liquidity windows for subscriptions and redemption windows; and the NAV is transparent and verifiable on-chain, rather than a periodic statement against an opaque book.

What makes those terms possible, rather than promises, is the structure underneath them.

The fund will be available across select blockchains to Non-US professional/accredited investors meeting applicable eligibility criteria, minimum investment thresholds and subject to the investment documentation.
