Noah Announces Dates for Board Meeting and Reporting of Third Quarter 2023 Unaudited Financial Results

SHANGHAI, Nov. 17, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Noah Holdings Limited (the "Company", with its subsidiaries and consolidated affiliated entities, the "Group") will hold a Board meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 (Hong Kong Time) for the purpose of, among others, considering and approving the unaudited financial results of the Group for the nine months ended September 30, 2023 (the "Q3 Results") and its publication. The Company will announce its Q3 Results at or around 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 30, 2023 (Hong Kong Time) on the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.

Following the announcement of the Q3 Results, the Company's senior management will host a combined English and Chinese language earnings conference call to discuss its Q3 Results and recent business activities. The conference call may be accessed with the following details:
