Taiwan Brings "100 Ways" to Experience the Island to Singapore Streets

SINGAPORE, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Taiwan Tourism Administration (TTA) is bringing a fresh look at Taiwan to the streets of Singapore through a colourful outdoor advertising campaign created in collaboration with Singapore-born artist and illustrator Tiffany Lovage.

Inspired by three themes — Ecology, LOHAS and Food — Lovage's illustrations capture different sides of Taiwan, from its mountains and coastlines to outdoor adventures, local flavours and slower ways of travelling. The artworks are now featured across buses, taxis and MRT stations in Singapore, turning everyday journeys into colourful glimpses of Taiwan.

The campaign brings TTA's "Taiwan 100 Ways!" concept to life, encouraging Singapore travellers to look beyond familiar favourites and discover more ways to experience the island. Featured experiences include hot-air ballooning, diving and surfing, alongside scenic journeys aboard Taiwan Railway's new HAIFENG and SHANLAN tourism trains.

The initiative also reflects TTA's efforts to encourage deeper exploration of Taiwan, particularly its central and southern regions. It invites repeat visitors to slow down, stay longer and discover diverse landscapes, local communities and experiences beyond the island's major cities.

Singapore remains one of Taiwan's key inbound visitor markets in Asia. Taiwan welcomed approximately 1.35 million visitors from Singapore between 2023 and 2025, reflecting strong and sustained travel demand. To further engage Singaporean travelers who have previously visited Taiwan, TTA is offering prizes and redemption methods to encourage them to return, with travelers who have visited Taiwan within the past three years eligible to participate.

As part of the campaign, travellers can also take an online travel personality quiz to discover their Taiwan travel style and stand a chance to win exclusive prizes, including a limited-edition Taiwan taxi hanging charm featuring the campaign artwork and a return air ticket from Singapore to Taiwan.
