Thoma Bravo Announces Strategic Growth Investment in Tanda

Investment to accelerate Tanda's product innovation and global growth

Thoma Bravo's investment will support Tanda's continued product innovation, including the company's AI roadmap and its expansion into new markets. Tanda's co-founders will remain significant shareholders and will continue to lead the company, with Jake Phillpot remaining Chief Executive Officer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
