Tonik brings everyday spending into the bank with mobile load, telco promos and game credits
MANILA, Philippines, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Tonik Digital Bank, Inc. ("Tonik") today launched mobile load, telco promo bundles and mobile game credits inside the Tonik app, extending the bank's relationship with its customers from occasional banking moments into daily ones.
Customers can buy load and promos for themselves or for anyone else simply by entering a mobile number. The load or promo is credited straight to that number, with no separate voucher to redeem. Game credits are delivered by SMS to the number entered at purchase.
These are deliberately small transactions, and that is the point. A customer opens a banking app a handful of times a month, usually around payday, a loan payment or a transfer. Load top-ups and game credits happen far more often. Bringing them inside the bank gives customers a reason to come back weekly rather than monthly, and removes the need to move between separate apps to handle everyday needs.

The service is designed with flexibility in mind — customers can send load or game credits to any mobile number, not just their own. Mobile loads and promo bundles are credited instantly to the recipient's number, while game credits are delivered via SMS, all with zero additional fees.
The credits available through the Tonik app cover mobile and PC gaming platforms. Tonik does not offer credits, PINs or vouchers for online gambling, e-casino or e-sabong products.
