BRG Welcomes Jon Rowell as Managing Director and Asia-Pacific Head of Forensic Technology, Investigations & Discovery

Singapore-based appointment extends global growth of BRG's forensic technology, investigations and discovery capabilities and deepens the firm's multi-region presence

HONG KONG, Aug. 25, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BRG today announced that it has appointed Jon Rowell as a managing director and Asia-Pacific (APAC) head of its Forensic Technology, Investigations & Discovery practice. Based in Singapore, Rowell will also take on a broader coordination role across BRG's practices in the region, working closely with Mustafa Hadi, head of Asia-Pacific at BRG and global co-leader of the firm's International Arbitration and Disputes Advisory practice.

Rowell is a senior advisory leader and accounting, damages and valuation expert with a record of managing complex, high-stakes matters for organisations across APAC. He advises C-suite executives, boards of directors, regulators and leading law firms on the region's most sensitive and consequential disputes and investigations.

A Chartered Accountant, Rowell has worked on matters across a broad range of industries and is recognised consistently in Lexology Index guides. He joins BRG from a global financial and risk advisory firm where he served as president and head of APAC. He previously held senior leadership roles at two other global and regional consulting firms.

The appointment continues the global growth of BRG's Forensic Technology, Investigations & Discovery practice, which advises clients on investigations, regulatory matters and disputes that increasingly span multiple jurisdictions. Based in Asia, Rowell has also worked across the UK, the Americas and Europe, leading multinational teams and directing complex investigations and disputes throughout. From Singapore, he will work on matters globally while supporting BRG's presence across APAC, where the firm also has operations in Thailand, Greater China and Japan and a growing presence in Australia.

Rowell holds a BS in economics, banking and finance from Cardiff University and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
