The rescue-themed, a diorama-based short animation features the "TOMICA" die-cast miniature car series, highlighting the outstanding performances of fire engines and firefighters.

The company will also release a series of toys based on the animation series. As the first round of the toy series, 10 new products, such as DX sets and gift sets, will be on sale at specialized toy stores, toy sections of department stores and major retail stores across Japan, TOMICA PLARAIL SHOP, online stores and TOMY's official shopping site, TOMY MALL ( https://takaratomymall.jp/shop/ ) in sequence on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Following its launch in Mainland China in April 2026, the anime and toy series "TOMICA XROSS RESCUE" is set to be rolled out in Japan, with subsequent launches planned in Taiwan region, Hong Kong SAR and South Korea.

"TOMICA XROSS RESCUE" is a classic story depicting "the coolness of saving people," in which brave firefighters use multifunctional rescue vehicles called "TOMICA" and do their utmost to save lives even in difficult situations.
