ZDR Investments SG VCC announces H1 results and new acquisitions in Europe

SINGAPORE, Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- ZDR Investments SG VCC, a Singaporean real estate fund specializing in grocery-anchored retail parks across Europe, reported H1 2026 results with a 12-month net return of 7.02% as at 30 June 2026 while the fund's performance since launch now stands at 7.68% p.a. The fund is also seeing growing interest from Asian investors.

ZDR Investments SG VCC is a feeder fund connected to the European-based ZDR Master Fund, managing 46 properties across six European countries, with a combined property value of EUR 614.3 million and annual rental income of EUR 37.7 million. The portfolio maintains a 99.8% occupancy rate, alongside a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 7.4 years, reflecting the stability and long-term nature of its underlying assets. ZDR Master Fund has been operating since 2017, establishing a track record in the European retail property market.

Expanding the Austrian Portfolio

Since the start of 2026, the group completed the acquisition of the Amstetten West retail park and signed an acquisition agreement for the PRO Linz shopping centre.

Together, the two projects represent a combined value of approximately EUR 68 million, increasing the fund's exposure to Austria's resilient retail property sector. The transactions also deepen ZDR Investments' partnership with Austrian developer Rutter Immobilien Group, following the acquisition of EUCO Wolfsberg and the Eugendorf retail park near Salzburg in late 2025.

Attracting Capital from Asia

ZDR Investments SG VCC, managed locally by Euro Asia Asset Management, has welcomed an institutional investor attracted to the defensive nature of our strategy for capital preservation with enhanced returns, marking a further step in ZDR Investments' expansion among Asian investors.
