The installed capacity of photovoltaic power in Kashgar Prefecture has surpassed 9 million kilowatts

KASHGAR, China, May 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On May 18th, with the successful grid connection and commencement of power generation from the 500,000-kilowatt photovoltaic projects of China Power Smart Magaiti and Shaanxi Investment Magaiti, the installed capacity of photovoltaic power in the Kashgar power grid exceeded 9 million kilowatts. This milestone signifies a significant breakthrough in the development of Kashgar's 10 million kilowatt-level photovoltaic base.
