The new 27,106 sq ft Jaya Grocer is set to open on 31 August 2025. Designed as a welcoming destination for everyday shopping, it marks the brand's fifth outlet in South Malaysia – and the first to debut a clean, minimalist interior inspired by the simplicity and warmth of Swedish living, thoughtfully tailored to create a unique community experience.

From fresh produce sections to organic, locally source options and kid-friendly snacks, Jaya Grocer caters to health-conscious households looking to shop smarter together. In line with Toppen's sustainability ethos, the store will also introduce eco-conscious practices like reusable bag incentives and seamless GrabMart integration, making it easier for busy families to shop responsibly and efficiently – whether in store or online.

The ala carte section operates daily, serving up to 300 guests with a comforting atmosphere and a menu that is pork-free, lard-free, and inspired by the rich flavors of Nanyang cuisine.
