Accelera Solutions, Inc Added to the ESI DoD BPA Contract

FAIRFAX, Va., May 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Accelera Solutions, a leader in cloud and virtualization solutions announced they have been added as a participating dealer and ordering point to Carahsoft's DoD ESI BPA contract (W91QUZ-09-A-0003).  This Blanket Purchase Agreement includes VMware's suite of software licenses, support/subscription, training and installation services for virtualization products.  Accelera's addition to the DoD ESI BPA agreement is a major win for Accelera, VMware, and Carahsoft because Accelera is the first teaming partner who is a SAM registered small minority owned business.

The entire VMware product suite consisting of server, data center products and desktop products are available on ESA through VMware's government partner Carahsoft and their authorized VMware teaming partners. DOD customers use the VMware virtualization set to help in reducing their overall IT footprint and improve performance across the enterprise. This agreement offers additional discounts off the GSA federal supply schedule rates and is open for ordering by all Department of Defense (DoD) components, and authorized contractors.
