In a major first for the sport of obstacle course racing, leaders of BattleFrog, the OCR company founded by former U.S. Navy SEALs, have announced it will award over $1 million in cash and prizes to competitors during its 2015 racing season. BattleFrog is also announcing the creation of the new Team BattleFrog, a pro team that will be led by the top OCR athletes in North America.

First Sgt. Robert Renning proposed to his girlfriend on stage at the Mall of America Holiday for Heroes event in front of 3,200 military men and women. She said yes. Renning first made national headlines in July 2014 after heroically pulling a stranger from a burning car.
