The slim residential tower sits atop a podium of artist lofts, retail and parking. The project is the result of a unique collaboration of interests. ZOM Development is partnering with local nonprofit La Reunion Texas to develop the mixed use, residential rental property. Architect for the project is ADD Inc. in Miami.
