Adelman Travel Welcomes Two New Executives

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Adelman Travel, a top ten travel management firm, has announced the additions of Mike Collins, Senior Vice President of Sales, and Debbie Westlake, Senior Vice President of Operations.  The addition of Collins and Westlake, both with significant experience in corporate travel management, further supports Adelman's strategic initiative to focus on improving the traveler experience through service solutions and innovative technologies.

Collins comes to Adelman Travel from American Express Global Business Travel where he held executive level positions, including VP Middle Market Sales, Account Management and most recently as Vice President, Multinational Sales. Collins will focus on accelerating sales growth and sales strategy.

Prior to joining Adelman Travel, Westlake was Vice President of Support Services for the Americas with Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where she was responsible for strategic operational planning, workforce management, quality management and call center operations.  As SVP of Operations, Debbie Westlake will focus on Adelman's new premier customer service offerings as well as increasing efficiencies and improving call center processes.
