Aditum Alts Files Patent on Private Market Focused Fund Innovations
RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif., April 3, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Aditum Alternatives announced today the filing of a patent application, "Electronic System and Method for Administering a Co-Mingled Illiquid Private Market Investment Fund." The pending patent covers ground breaking liquidity features for those seeking to include private market investment strategies in their portfolios and simplified private market access for institutional investors, such as 401K plans, and other comparably qualified investors. The innovations, which include both novel investment product structures and enabling technology, will be known commercially as the Aditum Aqueduct.
