AdventHealth Partners with par8o to Enhance Care Coordination, Consumer Experience
Deployment includes a provider directory and integration with AdventHealth's EMR systems.
BOSTON, April 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- par8o, a leader in physician referral management solutions, and AdventHealth, one of the nation's largest faith-based health care systems, are announcing the launch of the par8o platform to create better care coordination and enhance the consumer experience through more effective referral management across the health system's network of care.

Through the partnership, par8o will be AdventHealth's referral management system across its employed and affiliated provider groups. par8o's deployment will include a provider directory, integrations with AdventHealth's electronic medical record systems and integrations with other systems used by the organization's member experience centers.
In addition, consumers will benefit from more seamless transitions between care settings and referrals to appropriate providers across the AdventHealth network, based on important variables such as location, quality, insurance, specialty and network participation. In many cases, referral coordinators will be able to query real-time appointment availability when making patient referrals and schedule appointments directly into AdventHealth's scheduling system from par8o.
