Alamo Group Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

SEGUIN, Texas, Oct. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Alamo Group Inc. (NYSE: ALG) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share, payable October 30, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 16, 2013.
