Albertsons and Safeway Stores in Wyoming, New Mexico, Nebraska, Colorado and South Dakota Recall Deli Chicken Product in Cooperation with Gourmet Boutique LLC's Recall of Chicken Products Due to Undeclared Milk Allergen
BOISE, Idaho, June 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In cooperation with Gourmet Boutique LLC's recall of ready-to-eat breaded chicken products, Albertsons and Safeway stores in Wyoming, New Mexico, Nebraska, Colorado and South Dakota are recalling Breaded Chicken Cutlets Cold made with Gourmet Boutique's recalled breaded chicken. Gourmet Boutique was notified by an ingredient supplier that the bread crumbs it received and used in the recalled products potentially contained undeclared milk.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recalled product is sold from the salad bar in the deli area.

The Breaded Chicken Cutlets are packaged in a black tray with a clear plastic lid or white paper bag. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the recalls.
