One-of-a-Kind Integrated Resort Opens Registration for Prospective Condominium Buyers

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiant (NASDAQ: ALGT) today launches the first phase in development of its inaugural Sunseeker Resort by announcing the project's design team, and officially opening registration for prospective condominium buyers.

Design for the one-of-a-kind hotel/condo resort, located in Port Charlotte, Florida, will be helmed by architectural firms Steelman Partners and L2 Studios, Inc. General contractors Manhattan Construction Group and Florida Premier Contractors (FPC) have been selected as the project's builders.

Las Vegas-based Steelman Partners, whose concept renderings were initially unveiled in August, will serve as the project's design architect. Specializing in entertainment-based project design, Steelman Partners has developed more than 4,000 integrated resort designs around the world, including Galaxy Sky in Macau, China's Haitang Bay resort and JW Marriott Las Vegas.
Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, L2 Studios, Inc., will be Sunseeker's architect of record. The firm brings extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment/leisure industries worldwide, and maintains ongoing relationships with numerous blue-chip hotel and resort development communities. Their current integrated resort projects include The Grove Resort and Spa in Orlando and Tradewinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, Florida. To date, L2 Studios has served as the architect of record for more than 15,500 guestrooms and vacation villas around the world.
A privately-held construction services firm, Manhattan Construction Group is widely known for building some of the nation's most iconic structures – from Dallas' AT&T stadium to the Bush Presidential Library complex. The Naples, Florida-based firm has built more than 100 hospitality and leisure-related projects, including Yacht Haven Resort in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands and The Esplanade in Marco Island, Florida.
Based in Charlotte County, Florida Premier Contractors (FPC) brings exceptional experience and knowledge of the Southwest Florida development landscape, having built signature projects in commercial, industrial, community retail/restaurant, government, sports/entertainment and more. Encompassing 20 acres of waterfront land in Charlotte County, Florida, the Sunseeker Resort master plan envisions a resort hotel and up to nine condominium towers, an array of restaurant, bar and retail concepts – including an on-site grocery store and pharmacy, a marina and a property-spanning resort pool designed to be the largest in North America.

Today, for the first time those interested in condominium purchase options may officially register as a prospective buyer and place a fully-refundable $5,000 deposit by visiting www.SunseekerResorts.com and creating a mySunseeker profile. Due to current demand, registration will be limited to the first 2,700 prospective buyers.

Interested buyers will have the option to purchase one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums. Owners will have the opportunity to place their condos in a resort rental program, creating easy-to-manage income properties.

The project will have a deep and lasting impact on Florida's economy, bringing hundreds of construction jobs, and at master plan buildout up to 500 permanent jobs. The project is anticipated to spark an increase of 300,000 visitors annually to the area, and conservative modeling estimates up to $1 billion in economic impact at a 10-year horizon.
