ALTEN Group, the €1.2 billion European leader in Technology Consulting and Engineering, today announced the acquisition of  cPrime Inc.,  a San Francisco-based industry leader in Agile consulting, training, and Enterprise Agile Transformation services. The new merger also aligns cPrime with Calsoft Labs, an ALTEN Group company, to build more comprehensive and innovative products and Enterprise IT solutions for clients with greater speed and quality.
