ApolloMed Selected To Provide Comprehensive Hospitalist Services For Lompoc Valley Medical Center

GLENDALE, Calif., Oct. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. ("ApolloMed" or "the Company") (OTC: AMEH), an integrated population health management company, today announced that one of its affiliated medical groups, ApolloMed Hospitalists, has entered into an agreement to provide comprehensive hospitalist services for Lompoc Valley Medical Center.

Under the terms of the agreement, ApolloMed will provide 24/7 hospitalist services for the hospital, including a nocturnist who will be present in the hospital from 7pm-7am. ApolloMed will partner with the hospital administration, medical staff, nurses and case managers to enhance clinical core measures scores, improve clinical documentation, optimize lengths of stay, reduce hospital readmissions and to enhance patient satisfaction scores.

Located in Lompoc, California and founded in 1946, Lompoc Valley Medical Center is an acute care facility that provides the full range of inpatient and outpatient care, including emergency room services, critical care services, cardiology, orthopedic surgery and general surgery.  The hospital also has a Birthing Center and full diagnostic imaging services, including CT, MRI, PET scan and nuclear medicine.
