ARAMARK to Spin-off Interest in Seamless

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- ARAMARK, a world leader in providing food, facilities and uniform services, has announced the spin-off of its interest in Seamless to ARAMARK shareholders.

ARAMARK acquired Seamless, the leading mobile and online service for ordering delivery and takeout food, in 2006.  In 2011, Spectrum Equity Investors acquired a minority stake in Seamless from ARAMARK.
