ASMGi Expands Application Portfolio with Acquisition of Double Infinity

CLEVELAND, Oct. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ASMGi, a global provider of technology services and solutions today announced that is has acquired Double Infinity, a privately-owned company that delivers high-performance software-based Digital Asset Management, Print-On-Demand, Value Management, Procurement Management and Interactive Sales tools for enterprise sales and marketing.  Double Infinity, formerly based in Lakewood, Ohio has become the Digital Asset Management business unit of ASMGi, led by former CEO of Double Infinity, Mark Fracker.
