Acquisition Strengthens Company's Omni-channel Commerce Consulting Practice

Founded in 1993, the e-tailing group specializes in a range of eCommerce and retail consulting services, including digital strategy, customer experience consulting, online conversion audits, competitive e-commerce benchmarking, consumer research, and custom projects. Their clients have included Fortune 500, mid-market retailers as well as global brands such as Staples, Crate and Barrel, Toys"R"Us, MoMA, Under Armour, and Lenovo.
The e-tailing group is widely recognized for its 20-year annual mystery shopping program that analyzes and reports on 100 e-commerce sites. Their thought leadership and go-to-market initiatives have been delivered for logistics companies, such as UPS, to technology platforms including Demandware and Kibo, as well as point solutions like PowerReviews and Invodo.
