Bahrain Prepares for the New Academic Year
MANAMA, Bahrain, Sept. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Preparations have been made for the upcoming school year in Bahrain. More than 13,000 teachers in all of Bahrain's governorates arrived at their schools to prepare for the arrival of students, reports the Bahrain News Agency.
Bahrain's Education Ministry worked to complete facility maintenance throughout Bahrain's schools, and equipped the schools with the proper materials including books for all students. Materials and books will be distributed to students on Sunday, September 11, 2011 before the start of the 2011-2012 academic year.
School principals throughout the country said that the large turnout of teachers and their efforts have been a huge success so far, and praised the Education Ministry for its help to ensure a new and successful academic year for all Bahraini students.
