Bandwidth Announces Executive Transition

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bandwidth Inc. (NASDAQ: BAND), a software company focused on communications for the enterprise, today announced that John Murdock, President, will resign from his role as President of the Company, effective December 31, 2018. Mr. Murdock will continue to serve as a member of the Company's Board of Directors moving forward, and has shared his intention to work with the Bandwidth executive team to transition his duties through June 30, 2019.
