NEW YORK, Feb. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP ("BP"), which provides tax and accounting services to high net worth individuals and small and mid-market businesses with a particular focus on China, announced that it has expanded to the West to merge with two existing firms, ACCellence LLP and Henry I. Somerfeld CPA.

This expansion positions the firm to better serve the growing community of wealthy individuals and small to mid-market businesses that have strong connections to China who are either based in, or making investments in the West Coast. The merger also significantly strengthens the firm's position servicing clients in the entertainment industry, including movies, television, music, and talent management.
