WHAT: Best Buddies International and Special Olympics have joined forces to commemorate the legacy of Eunice Kennedy Shriver, who believed that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities could achieve and thrive in society, with the inaugural Eunice Kennedy Shriver Challenge, presented by Audi. The Challenge will feature a 20-mile cycling event; the Carl Lewis Challenge, a 5K run and 3K walk; a Celebrity Youth Fun Run and Friendship Races. More than 700 participants have signed up to take part in the day's events.
