SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, one of the largest brokers in Georgia with close to 1800 agents and 25 offices, announced today that they will be partnering with roOomy to offer its suite of services to their agents. Buying a home is a huge financial decision. One of the biggest hurdles is the fact that 90% of consumers do not have the ability to visualize a home's potential. This is especially difficult in the case of vacant properties.  "Staged homes sell faster than vacant homes, it's a fact," said Kevin Levent, President and CEO of BHGRE Metro Brokers. "The cost of professional staging eats into the marketing budget. Virtual staging is the best option in today's online-driven market and roOomy has the best platform."

The patented core technology offered by roOomy transforms 2D images into 3D models to provide the ultimate 3D customization experience for real estate consumers. roOomy has a team of Interior Designers who virtually stage 3D listing scenes with name brand furnishings and decor products from 80 retailers including the nation's top retailers like Wayfair, Birch Lane, and Design Within Reach. From the roOomy iPad app, these virtually staged listing scenes can be viewed in 3D, zoomed, manipulated and even re-designed by the consumer.

roOomy's 3D suite includes an app profile page for each property listing, virtual staging and design of 3D scenes, and premium renderings that convert 3D scenes into 2D high definition images. Pieter Aarts, CEO of roOomy, explained that Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers will be one of the first brokerages in the country to have access to roOomy's newest technology, which will be launching later this fall. According to Aarts, "roOomy will release a web viewer later this month that will allow consumers to view and zoom in on the 3D listing scenes in a web browser." He also added that an erase tool would soon be added to the roOomy App, allowing the consumer to erase existing furnishings from any listing image, freeing them to redesign the space in their own taste and style.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Broker's agents will be offered a discount on roOomy's product suite.  There is also plans for a deeper integration with their Distinctive Collection program for luxury homes.
