Big Data Analytics Veterans Join YouEye to Lead Prescriptive Analytics Development

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Qualitative analytics innovator YouEye today announced the appointment of two veteran big data analytics engineers to the company. John Ruiz steps into the role of Vice President of Engineering, while Richard Clayton assumes the role of Principal Software Architect.

Ruiz and Clayton each bring over a decade of advanced analytics experience working with massively large and complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for customers within the US Department of Defense.

Ruiz started his career as a senior software engineer for Lockheed Martin and Carnegie Mellon. He was also head of research and development for Berico Technologies, one of the premiere big data analytics firms based in Washington, DC. Clayton, a former technologist for the US Marine Corps, joined Ruiz at Berico, where he served as Chief Architect. He joins YouEye after serving as VP of Engineering at Next Level Security Systems.

Both Ruiz and Clayton will help drive YouEye's Prescriptive Analytics technology, a powerful solution that allows the structuring of unstructured data and allows users to identify not only patterns within the data, but actionable insights that drive change within user behavior.
