Ty the Pie Guy is a story driven, comedy web series geared to help kids and families learn how to make delicious meals at home. Ty will answer your cooking questions and bring you recipes so delicious you won't even realize they are also nutritious! Ty makes being in the kitchen fun and exciting. His love of food and goofy attitude inspire families to cook together, try new recipes, and explore different kinds of cuisine.

Ty Freedman is the creator and host of Ty the Pie Guy. He is also an actor, comedian, teacher, and a fifth generation baker. He has worked with kids for over ten years teaching everything from dance, acting, musical theater, writing, gymnastics, sports, and engineering. Ty the Pie Guy is his first web series. He created the show to fulfill a personal mission. "As a teacher, I see how challenging it is to get kids to develop a healthy relationship with food," explains Ty. "I know busy parents often feel too tired and stressed to face mealtime. I want Ty the Pie Guy to help bring the whole family into the kitchen to laugh and cook together."
