Firm's Orange County Office Has Quadrupled In the Last Decade
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Buchalter Nemer continues its expansion by announcing the addition of Gary Wolensky and his core team to the firm's Litigation Group. Shareholder Wolensky brings with him Senior Counsel Anne Marie Ellis, and Associates Jamison Power and Paul Alarcón all of whom will practice out of the firm's Orange County, California office.

Wolensky, Ellis, Power and Alarcón concentrate their respective practices on product liability and consumer class actions as well as regulatory matters representing manufacturers and retailers, particularly in the automotive, sports, consumer products, pharmaceutical, medical device, food and hospitality industries.
Recognized by Best Lawyers in America®, featured in Who's Who in American Law, Who's Who Legal: Product Liability Defense, and listed by Martindale-Hubbell as an AV® rated attorney, Wolensky has been lead trial counsel in numerous catastrophic product liability, commercial, and class action matters over the past four decades. He is a past director of the Product Liability Advisory Council, and is a current member of the steering committee of the Sports and Fitness Industry's Legal Task Force. He also works with companies on risk management and insurance issues and compliance issues dealing with federal and state agencies and commissions on a regular basis. Wolensky's clients include The Walt Disney Company and Hyundai Motors of America.

Power earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Irvine. Alarcón earned his J.D. summa cum Laude from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2010, and his B.A. from Thomas Aquinas College in 2007.
