The utmost care and precision is taken to produce Bulleit Rye, from selecting the highest quality rye grains, to sourcing our water from an ancient glacier aquifer that maintains a consistent temperature of 56 degrees. The liquid is then fully aged and matured in new charred oak barrels for a minimum of 4 years.
