Carrier Process Equipment Group, Inc. Acquires Heyl & Patterson's Thermal Processing Division

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Louisville, Kentucky-based Carrier Process Equipment Group, Inc. (CPEG), a holding company comprised of Carrier Vibrating Equipment, Inc. and S. Howes LLC has acquired Carnegie, PA-based Heyl & Patterson's Renneburg Division. The new acquisition adds several new products to CPEG's extensive bulk processing capabilities, including rotary dryers, calciners, and coolers.
