CCA Bahamas Ltd. Responds To BML Properties Ltd. Lawsuit

NASSAU, The Bahamas, Dec. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CCA Bahamas, Ltd. (CCA Bahamas), a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited (CSCEC) and the construction manager/general contractor for the Baha Mar resort project, today issued the following statement in response to BML Properties Ltd.'s lawsuit filed in New York on December 26, 2017 in the name of BML Properties Ltd.:
