Centaur Group Finance Launches the 'Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3', the 3rd Bond in the Centaur Natural Resources Bond Series, Open to Qualified Investors in the GCC

The Centaur Natural Resources Bond 3 (the "Bond") builds on the success of the first two bonds in the Natural Resources series of bonds, the Centaur Natural Resources Bond and the Centaur Natural Resources Bond 2. The Bond benefits from a choice of terms and coupons ranging from a 1 year term at a 6% coupon to a 5 year term at a 10% coupon per annum. All of the options benefit from coupons which shall be paid to Qualified Investors on a monthly basis and CGF expects to raise up to US$25m.

The Bonds are available with a minimum investment of US$100,000 (or less if the Qualified Investor meets the suitability tests specified by the Bermuda Stock Exchange) and will be listed on the main market of the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The listing agent for the Bond is Cohort Ltd.

The subscription period will run from 9am UTC on 17^th August 2015 and is expected to close on 15^th November 2015 at 4pm UCT. CGF retains the right to close the subscription period early.

The Bond is the third of a series of bonds planned by CGF in the coming months, which have been developed based on investor demand for debt products in the GCC and will allow Centaur to enhance its financial flexibility by diversifying its sources of funding. CGF has developed the Bond based on requests from Qualified Investors and their Financial Advisors for shorter and longer options on the term of the investment to suit different financial requirements versus the fixed 3 year term offered on the first two Natural Resources bonds.
