Chicago Mourns the Death of Former President of Illinois Press Association and Cook County Publishers Board Member, William Garth Senior

CHICAGO, Sept. 24, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On Friday, September 23, 2016, Chicago lost a beacon for our community with the loss of our FATHER, Mr. WILLIAM GARTH SR, CEO of the Chicago Citizen Newspaper Group, Inc.
