China's Hangzhou: Where cartoon & animation dreams always bear fruit

HANGZHOU, China, Oct. 7, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The 16th China International Cartoon & Animation Festival (CICAF) was held in Hangzhou, capital city of southeast China's Zhejiang Province from September 29 to October 4. A total of 2,680 Chinese and foreign enterprises and institutions from 65 countries and regions around the world participated in the animation festival's online and offline activities, with 10.12 million people joining the festival online. However, in their view, Hangzhou has been training and transporting young talents for various sub-sectors of the animation industry through various means. For example, this year's dubbing competition uses the resources of the animation festival platform to provide win-win cooperation opportunities for enterprises and winners.
