QUEBEC CITY, May 5 /PRNewswire/ - CO₂ Solution Inc. (TSXV: CST) announced today that the company will make a joint presentation with Codexis, Inc. (Nasdaq: CDXS) on recent developments related to their carbon capture technology program to reduce carbon pollution from coal-fired power plants and other large industrial sources of CO₂ emissions.

The presentation is being made at the 2011 BIO World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology & Bioprocessing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on May 9 at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Time. In January 2011 CO₂ Solution announced the extension of the carbon capture Joint Development Agreement with Codexis.  Program results to date have shown that the combined CO₂ Solution / Codexis proprietary technologies have the potential to significantly lower the cost barrier associated with conventional technologies to capture carbon dioxide (CO₂) from power and industrial effluent gases.

At the same conference, the following day, May 10^that 12 noon, Glenn Kelly, President & CEO of CO₂ Solution Inc. will present an overview of CO₂ Solution to investment community members attending the conference.

As a prelude to the conference, Mr. Kelly will be appearing on the Canal Argent morning program, En Affaires hosted by François Gagnon on Friday May 6th at 10:10 am to discuss CO₂ Solution and the Bio World Conference.
