CORRECTION - American Capital Agency Corp. November 2014 Ex-Dividend Date

BETHESDA, Md., Nov. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As a correction to the press release issued earlier today by American Capital Agency Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC) ("AGNC" or the "Company") regarding the declaration of the Company's November 2014 common stock dividend, due to a Nasdaq holiday, the ex-dividend date will be November 25, 2014 instead of November 26, 2014.  The dividend will continue to be paid on December 5, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of November 28, 2014.
