NEW YORK, June 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Global content provider CreativeDrive, a Bertram Capital portfolio company, has reached an agreement to acquire DoubleDigit, a data-driven online content production company that provides customized content solutions and specializes in website, apps, social content creation and development.
The acquisition follows a wave of recent hires by CreativeDrive from the advertising and media production industries and last year's alliance with one of China's largest content studios, the W. Studio which marked the start of CreativeDrive's international expansion.
CreativeDrive's expansion comes as brands are increasingly expected to be their own media hubs in a digital world, contributing to a surging demand for high-quality, progressive content that can be produced quickly with consistency and efficiency.
